Quotes and confirmation
An itinerary or price becomes a confirmed booking only after DAT Comfort accepts the requested dates and both parties agree to the booking terms and payment schedule in writing.
Changes
Sri Lankan weather, road conditions, opening hours and wildlife are outside any operator’s control. We may recommend sensible route or timing changes and will discuss material changes with you whenever possible.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, personal medication and following local law. Please disclose mobility or access needs before confirmation so the route can be assessed properly.
Cancellations
Any cancellation and refund terms supplied with your written quote form part of the booking. Third-party tickets and accommodation may have separate, non-refundable conditions.
Respectful travel
We ask guests to respect wildlife distance, cultural sites, local communities and the guidance of authorised staff. Unsafe or unlawful requests may be declined.
